All surgeries sessions are by appointment, and can be made in person or by telephone.
Currently our appointments with a GP are via telephone in the first instance. The GP will then discuss with you if you need to come into the surgery for a face to face visit.
We will still have urgent appointments each day for the doctor and the nurse practitioner. After 17:00 each day one doctor is on duty for all urgent requests.
Urgent appointments are not for repeat prescriptions, fitness for work certificates or for signing forms.
Wednesday Walk in appointments.
These clinics have currently been suspended.
We have a practice nurse available every day, morning and afternoon, who can deal with all minor ailments.
All doctors have telephone appointments available usually after their morning surgery. Patients are advised to telephone before 09:00 to arrange this. Please note. The doctor will only call the patient twice, and are not allowed to leave voicemail messages except where it is clear and specific in stating who the person's voicemail belongs to.
All patients are entitled to have a chaperone present for any consultation. Please request this at the time of booking or speak to your GP.
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
