New Patient Registration
If you are new to the area (please check our practice boundary map) and wish to register with one of our GP’s please ask at our reception. If you have your medical card then please bring this along with you.
Following your registration you will be required to have a new patient check to enable your registration to be fully complete. An appointment will be offered with our healthcare support worker during your registration.
Medical treatment is available from the date of registration. Please contact reception for further information.
You do not need your NHS Number to register as a patient. However, in order for us to achieve a smooth and error free registration your NHS Number is an integral part of your care. If you do not know your NHS Number, information can be found at:

The Royal College of General Practitioners has produced a useful guide for patients about the services on offer at GP Surgeries and how to access them. You can download the guide below.
A Patient Guide to GP Services
Patients Outside Of Our Area Wishing To Register With Us.
We are unable to accept patients living outside our area. There is a scheme running that allows practices to accept out of area patients if they wish. However the BMA advice states:
There is however no obligation to participate; the scheme will be entirely voluntary for both practices accepting such registrations and those seeing patients who are no longer registered locally, but who are unable to travel to their new practice.
We do not have the resources to provide this service, and so would ask patients residing outside our boundary to register with a local GP Practice.
