Appointments

diary_appointmentAll surgeries sessions are by appointment, and can be made in person or by telephone.

Currently our appointments with a GP are via telephone in the first instance. The GP will then discuss with you if you need to come into the surgery for a face to face visit.

The doctor will call twice so if you miss your telephone call don't worry the doctor will call back a second time. After that if you are unable to pick up your telephone you will need to call back to rearrange.

Urgent Appointments

We will still have urgent appointments each day for the doctor and the nurse practitioner. After 17:00 each day one doctor is on duty for all urgent requests.

Urgent appointments are not for repeat prescriptions, fitness for work certificates or for signing forms.

Practice Nurse

We have a practice nurse available every day, morning and afternoon, who can deal with all minor ailments.

Chaperones

All patients are entitled to have a chaperone present for any consultation. Please request this at the time of booking or speak to your GP.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
